43. Fat Shaming vs Skinny Shaming

Published on: 2nd February, 2022

The skinny shame and fat shame phenomenon is a growing issue in the fashion industry. People are increasingly becoming more aware of how they look on social media, which has led to an increase in body shaming.

There are many ways to fight back against skinny shame and fat-shaming. One of the most popular ways is to speak out about it and show that you're not going to be shamed for your size or shape. Another way is by being confident in your body, which can help you feel better about yourself, even if others don't agree with what you're doing.

In this episode of The Pick Truth Podcast, hosts Dr. Vicky Harris & LaMont Hearn Jr. read and rate some sweet, emotional, weird, and crazy confession stories of a skinny guy who was body shammed by her plus-size girlfriend during a date. They also rate a guy guilty of electrocuting his friend and then blaming it on somebody else. The rating ranges from Bell Pepper, Poblano, Jalapeno, Thai Chili, and Reaper. Do you want to hear more about these truths?
